Our eMOTION concept is characterized by consistent modularity in hardware and software. Our concept covers a wide range of applications, from cost-sensitive U/F applications (e.g. heat pumps), to eMOTION control and the most demanding servo functions under difficult mechanical conditions. The control technology is completely implemented in an FPGA. This enables a typical computing time in the current controller of approx. 2.6µs. These extremely short runtimes open up new possibilities when it comes to dynamic control technology and the highest demands on precision in production machines.

For highest speed the complete control technology (current controller, speed controller, position controller) was implemented in an FPGA. This reduces all computing times to a minimum. This opens new possibilities for the control of mechanically demanding systems.
With the encoderless control option, high-precision encoder emulation, with a motor model within 10µs, allows you to implement robust solutions while reducing costs by eliminating the encoder.
The operating pages can be created either via CODESYS or our elaDesign. Additionally, the operating pages can be accessed via a browser. With eStudio your projects can be easily created and managed.
Smaller control tasks can be solved using the IEC 61131-3 control functionality and integrated I/Os. Programming is done via CODESYS in structured text (ST), sequential function chart (AS), free graphical function chart (CFC), function chart diagram (FBD), ladder diagram (LD) and instruction list (IL).
In case of motor problems, up to 4 internal variables can be recorded in the controller in the controller cycle. Due to the continuous monitoring in the 2.6 µs cycle, no information is lost and the information is displayed via a user interface.
